Building A Development at 82 Munroe is a new affordable housing apartment building in Cobourg. The new apartment building is approximately 37,000 sqft, four storeys with a basement floor. It incorporates 35 units that include one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, some of which are barrier free. The building is wood framed construction on concrete foundations with concrete block elevator and stair shafts, structural steel. The interior scope of work includes drywall partitions and ceilings, doors, frames and hardware, vinyl windows and interior finishes. The site work includes asphalt paving, concrete walkways and landscaping items.

New Construction of a 4-storey, 38,000 sq ft Residential and Commercial Building. The First floor is commercial space divided into five rentable units with the second to fourth floors housing the 18 two-bedroom rental apartments. Construction consisted of steel framed structure on concrete foundations with concrete poured elevator shafts and brick and stone exterior finishes. Interior finishes included such scopes as drywall, ceilings, floors, doors and frames, vinyl windows, mechanical and electrical. Aside from the excavation works for the build, site works also included asphalt paving, concrete walkways and landscaping. The process began in 2014 with a Construction Management contract to connect the owner with consultants and work through the design stage but was paused for a couple of years due to funding. Once the owner wanted to begin again, the financier required a CCDC 2 contract for the Construction stage.

The interior scope of work includes drywall partitions and ceilings, doors, frames and hardware, vinyl windows and interior finishes. The site work includes site services, asphalt paving, concrete walkway and landscaping items. The process started with a Construction Management contract during the design stage then due to financing requirements, changed to a CCDC 2 for the Construction stage.
